Pan Cake Recipe

Ingredients
Maida – Half Cup
Egg (Beaten) – 1
Milk – 1 glass
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp
Honey,
Jam – As required
Salt – 1 pinch
Directions

Mix salt with maida and sieve. To this add milk, beaten egg and melted ghee and beat well to mix. Keep this aside for 15 to 20 minutes. Now heat a vessel like the one used to make paalappam and pour one scoop of this batter into it and keep the vessel closed till it is cooked. When done cooking, spread the powdered sugar over it, fold the cake and remove it from fire. Do the same with the remaining batter as well. Serve when cool with honey or jam.
